APPLIED COMMON SENSE

FRAMEWORK

Applied common sense framework

The applied common sense framework was developed by the founder of InFinIT Partners. It is a framework for better governance and policy and holds value in all organizations. It can help with implementing a decision that is already made, but is even more useful for making a better decision.

The applied common sense framework focuses on two principles and a number of core concepts that, taken together, can be used as a toolbox for better governance and policy.

Applying the concepts to real-world cases stimulates independent, critical thinking and authentic leadership.

Do you want actual solutions, or do you prefer to follow the crowd?

Decision-making with applied common sense:

"We look at the hard (big) data to determine what actually works, and we find out why it works, so we can acquire deep insights into our clients."

"We always factor in the impact and cost of changes before making them, and we expect people to behave human."

"We have our own risk tolerance and will not follow our competitors off a cliff."

"We adopt new technologies once we fully understand how and where they will benefit our organization."
